Our Appaloosa Mares   click for larger images Absarokees April Gem Gem is a 1998 black fewcap daughter of Mighty White Brother who is a new addition to our program. She is an attractive mare with a stout build, large hip and a pedigree full of world champions and world champion producers. Gem is broke to ride and easy to get along with. Best of all, she has her sire's 100 percent color-producing ability. Bloodlines include the famous appaloosa horses Absarokee Roman, Impressive Sunset, Absarokee Sunset, Bright Eyes Brother and Wapiti. Gem does trace back to Impressive but is HYPP N/N. She stands at 15 hh with good width. She is bred to WR Champagne Chill for a 2011 colored foal.   click for larger images A Sailor's Delite Delite is a 1992 buckskin leopard granddaughter of the hall of fame stallion Prince Plaudit. She offers the entire package, with size, good bone and an excellent disposition to compliment her fantastic markings. Delite rides both English and western and is gentle enough for a child to handle. Bloodlines include Joker B, Pecos Bill, Bandido, Hands Up, Comanche and Apache in addition to the AQHA great King. She stands at 15.1 hh with a muscular build. Quite simply, she has been one of our best producers. She is bred to I Dream Of Champagne for a 2011 foal. The foal is sold to Nikki in-utero.   click for larger images Brothers Sugar Bars "Tasunka" is a 2003 bay roan near-leopard daughter of Mighty White Brother. She was raised here at the ranch and sold as a weanling. We were recently able to place her in our program and look forward to future foals out of her. Tasunka is a pretty mare with a nice profile and large hip to compliment her colorful markings. Bloodlines include the appaloosa greats Abdulls Pok A Son, Mighty Peavy, Go Meyer Kim, Apache, Spotted Jim, Hayes Roman Cloud and the AQHA greats Otoe and Skippers Lad. She stands at 14.3 hh with good width. She is bred to Argentarius for a 2011 foal.   click for larger images Dairys Approval "Grace" is a 1995 chestnut characteristic mare who is well-bred, gentle and broke to ride. She is an own daughter of the ApHC World Champion Stallion Goin For Approval by the hall of fame stallion Goer and is also a ROM producing mare. Appaloosa bloodlines in her pedigree include Te N Te,  Prince Plaudit, the national champion sire The Milkman and the appaloosa racing champion Double Patch. AQHA lines include Skipper W and the champion King grandson Magnolia Dunny. Grace is a large mare who stands at nearly 15.3 hh with a lot of width. She is bred to I Dream of Champagne for a 2011 foal. The foal is sold to Erica in-utero.   click for larger images Delikit Lady "Crystal" is a 2001 blanketed perlino mare who is a new addition to our program. She is a well-bred horse who brings us some different bloodlines along with guaranteed buckskin or palomino foals. Her dam is a granddaughter of the world champion stallion Tumbleweed Devil. Additional lines in her pedigree include Prince Plaudit, Mighty Bright and the AQHA greats Doc Bar and King. Crystal stands at 15 hh with good width. She has been started under saddle and is an easy-going mare with a nice demeanor. She is an attractive mare who has an excellent conformation to match her gentle, laid-back nature. She is also broke to ride with exceptional gaits and a willing attitude, standard traits or our Argie sons and daughters. She is a pretty mare with a nice profile, good bone, excellent conformation and plenty of hip to compliment her 14.3 hh frame. Fritzy is also broke to ride and a gentle mare with a sweet disposition. She is a well-built, muscular mare with correct conformation, good bone and a large hip to compliment her gentle nature and royal bloodlines. Girlish Dream traces right back to the national champion team roping horse and hall of fame stallion Peavy Bimbo. She is also a granddaughter of the famous Mighty Bright son Spittin Image. The great AQHA stallion Leo is also up close in her pedigree, and this combination virtually guarantees her ability to produce versatile athletes with common sense and striking good looks. Girlish Dream stands at 15 hh with excellent width. She is bred to our stallion WR Champagne Chill for a 2011 foal.   click for larger images Ima Bright White Ima is a 1994 palomino and white granddaughter of the great Mighty Bright son Mighty Peavy. She is a pretty mare with good bone, correct conformation and a dished head on her 14.2 hh frame. Ima is also gentle and broke to ride. Her bloodlines include Prince Fury, Prince Plaudit, BEB and Money Creeks Rockledge in addition to the AQHA greats Leo, King and Spanish Nick. She is truly a nice mare, one of our top producers and one of our favorites. Her 2010 colt by Argentarius can be seen on the foals page. Her dam was an AQHA mare who had Otoe, Sugar Bars and Skipper's Lad right on her papers. At 15.2 hh, Leona is one of our larger mares. She is also one of our prettiest. She is a sweet mare and has been a fantastic producer for this program. Her foals are always good-minded and easy-going.They're also large, beautiful and easy to train. Her 2010 foal by the late stallion Illseeyouinmydreams can be seen on the foals page, and at the age of 20, this will be her last.   click for larger images MS Regal Broker   "Reggie" is a 2003 bay roan fewspot with a sweet personality and the ability to produce 100 percent appaloosa coloring. Her sire is a near-leopard who carries the bloodlines of Mighty Tim, The Executive, Mighty Bright and BEB. Her dam is a fewspot who carries the lines of Abdull's Pok-A-Son and Joker B. Reggie is broke to ride and a gentle mare who loves attention. Her trainer said she has more "cow" than the cow-bred AQHAs he trains on cattle. Reggie stands at 15 hh with good width. Her 2008 filly was exported to Italy. Her 2010 filly by "Big Boy" can be seen on the foals page. Her sire is a grandson of the world champion quarter horse Obvious Conclusion. Appaloosa bloodlines include the hall of fame stallion The Executive, the national high point stallion Native Sun and the national and world champion stallion The Roman Hustler. AQHA lines include the world champions Opies Raquel, Tardee Impressive, Son And Heir and Skipa Star. Mia stands at 15.1 hh and is HYPP N/N. She was not broke to ride by her previous owners but is good-minded and will produce the same. She is an attractive mare who stands 14.3 hh and passes on good looks and a sweet nature to all of her foals. Kay is the dam of our first international export, the South African stallion Storm Runner. And although Kay was not broke to ride by her previous owner, her foals are all good-natured and easy to train under saddle. Bloodlines include the AQHA greats Sugar Bars, Otoe and Skipper W.
